Fake allergies

Before heading up to the bath last night, I asked Garrett to put away his toys. He said "okay" and ran off to start. A minute later, he comes back over to me and says, "I'm pretending I'm allergic to the toy box." I asked how he was going to put away his toys, then. With a sigh, "I guess you're going to have to do it." I chose to reward his cleverness with a giggle of amusement, instead of a pass on the chore.
